Invalid Spatial Reference When MapLayer Changed to another Layer

Hi,

When I change first Layer for Map( Previously it was set the First Layer as ArcGISDynamicMapLayer.)
to another Dynamic Map layer of Different Coordinate System It is throwing exception... Invalid Spatial Reference,SpatialReference Must match Map's Spatialreference....

getting the StackTrace as...
