IE DynamicMapServiceLayer, FeatureLayer, etc. I am interested in knowing what I can and cannot do with each layer type and what are the "costs" associated with the FeatureLayer. At what point does the FeatureLayer become too costly? If there is say only 150-200 features, is it's operation likely to be significantly slower than a DynamicMapServiceLayer? At what point should I try to do caching?
