    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;my problem has not been solved yet. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I will explain one more time:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1) I create a map, add a tiled cached layer, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; everything works perfectly - zooming in and zooming out&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2) I activate SnapToLevels, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ZoomIn to the next scale (for example, from 300 000 to 100 000),&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; but I cannot zoom out back (from 100 000 to 300 000), &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; the map is jerking like in repainting, but does not go back to the initial scale. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What should I do? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you give me some piece of advice?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ArcGIS Server 10&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Silverlight API 2.1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Create Map and add Tiled Layers&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ZoomIn ZoomOut work fine, but when i change SnapToLevels = true&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ZoomOut with ? mouse whell and a "-" button doesn't work&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Image twitches, but doesn't change scale&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your minimum scale is 1:300000 (which is relatively high) so you will never be able to zoom out more than this scale.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After zooming in using the wheel or +, can you zoom out back or are all zoom out impossible whatever the initial state?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Problem solved!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Everything turned out to be much easier -&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the Level of Detail every successive scale &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;should be two times begger or smaller than the current scale. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Example&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Scale: 250 000&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Scale: 100 000&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Scale: 50 000&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Scale: 25 000&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
