Map Disappears When Browser > 2048x2048

I'm using SDK v2.1 (never had an earlier version installed) and a non-cached service. I have a 30" monitor with screen resolution of 2560x1600 and if a maximize the browser on the display the map and progress bar disappear. If a minimize the browser to be under 2048x2048 they come come back.

I tried changing the MapServer.cfg file for the service to increase MaxImageWidth & Height, but that made no difference.

Can you share some code? What layers are you using? Is there a sampleserver service that will also replicate the issue?

I think this is working now. After rebooting my PC from yesterday, it now comes up when the browser is maximized. I looked an my IE setting for checking for new versions was set to automatic, so I suspect it was caching it from prior to chainging the cfg file. It looks like changing the cfg file worked. I've changed my IE setting to check for new versions every time, so I won't run into the issue again.
