ArcGISSilverlight-Toolkit.3.3.0.33 FeatureDataForm- Domains

We have downloaded the 3.3 API Sample code found here. Using Editing -> Feature Data Form example:

The FeatureDataForm displays Domains properly as dropdowns for this URL -

But does not for this URL.

It appears layers with "Types" are the only featurelayers that work correctly.

Are there new requirements for publishing services or is there a bug in the 3.3 Toolkit FeatureDataForm?

We modified the Toolkit by changing the FeatureDataForm.cs -> GetControlType() back the same as it was in 3.1. This appears to be working for us.
