      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For one of the silver light application, although we defined the extent of New York state - sometimes when the map loads - it is displaying the map of whole world.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please provide your suggestions on this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for taking time to go through the message.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
