API/viewer Template not loading in visual studio 2012 RC

I am running Visual Studio 2012 RC and expression blend 4 I am going through the silverlight API Getting Started tutorial and when I replicate the steps I am not seeing the ESRI template under the silverlight tree when I start my project.

I have installed both the silverlight viewer and the API exe.

Attached are screen shot.

the jpg titled "not working" is what I see and the other image is the screen shot that esri says I should see.

What am I doing wrong?

Currently don't seem to be supported.

This is a big PROBLEM and I am going through the same thing
2 weeks later and ESRI is saying I should install on a new Machine

Evidently the REPLICATION of the CONFIG at ESRI
Showed the same problems on some machines ......not on others

I cannot proceed without this Funtionality

I am now LOBBYING for a new WORK STATION .......but cmon ESRI (this is 6 months later)

I do not see any RESOLUTION here ........did anyone ever help you find a solution or cause ?
