Application Builder 1.1 - Filter Layer (query) and Base map

I was wondering if the Silverlight team were or has made the Filter Layer (query) and Base map selector tool that is available in through the application builder available on the interactive SDK. I'm not really planning on using the application builder but would like to see the code/xaml for these two tools to maybe have the option of adding them in a few applications. Has the code been made available or are there any plans?

No these tools or code are not available, and currently there are no plans to make these available for use outside the builder.

O.k.

I guess I'm more interested in seeing the Filter/query tool move to Interactive SDK so if you guys would consider sharing it, that would be awesome. Probably like a few other out there I have several deployed apps with custom code that I can't ram into the Builder extension but would like to add some of the new flavor you guys introduced with builder/veiwer.
