Maybe it'd make sense if they have the servers there, but that makes even less sense, if not simply for bandwidth cost.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>What time zone is this forum in?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I know really off-topic but has anyone else noticed that the time on the forum is EST - 4. I'm not even familiar with any one that uses that as a time zone? Is it based in California and they just never updated their clocks for daylight savings?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I would think for an international user forum it would be GMT or at least the same time as Redlands.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
