Original User: mkohlerpsl

I had a citizen who was using our website print out what was on the screen using the printing options provided by Internet explorer. When he (and I verified it) prints this way, what comes out of the printer is oblique and rotated. Has anyone seen this before?

I showed him the export to pdf option so that is taken care of. I just thought it was wierd and if one citizen is doing it, I'm sure others will be as well.

I attached images that show what it looks like on the screen and when printed

Thanks!

I changed the layout to landscape and it was better. The user was used to doing it one way with the old ArcIMS site. I educated him on using the pdf export and all is well.

Thanks for all your efforts!
