Silverlight Apps no longer working.

Hi,
Just got back from a 4 day weekend to find all my Silverlight web apps not working! I was told .NET Framework 4.0 was installed while I was gone. When I try to view the REST services, I get "Service Unavailable". Fiddler shows "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable". I can get into server manager and use ArcCatalog to see the data in the services but not in any Silverlight App.

Any ideas?

What version of the API are you using? v2.4 or v3.0 Beta 2? v2.x are still running Silverlight 4. v3.0 is Silverlight 5. Having .NET Framework 4.0 should not have any effect on the application as this is the .NET Framework it supports. Error 503 seems server-side, are you able to hit the REST end point via your web browser?

We are using v2.3 with Silverlight V4. No I can not hit my rest endpoint I get 503 Service Unavailable. The install of the .NET framework was the only thing they said they changed while I was gone.
