Print Map Service - Printing map does not work

Hi,

We have a in house web mapping application developed in Silver light and C#. It has a printing option which is not working on the test application. It works on the production application. It produces a PFD. I am trying to find out why it does not work on test. I am not a Silver light developer. The application is using something called Print Service, which I am not sure what it is.
When I click on the print option I received the error below:

http://thgistest01/PrintMapService/GISPrintMapOutput/The%20request%20failed%20with%20HTTP%20status%20401:%20Unauthorized.

http://thgistest01/PrintMapService/GISPrintMapOutput is the output location of the pdf. I have made the secury settings on test the same as production. I copied the code from production to test and repoint server name to test. Still does not work.

Can someone help me please? Does anyone knows what the Print Map Service is?
