      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I need to draw&amp;nbsp; a collection of ellipse with different width, height , but the same start point and angles on the map, then use the difference between 2 ellipses&amp;nbsp; to&amp;nbsp; do spatial query.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any help willbe appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
