Activating Draw object causes Map to blur

Hello,

I have an issue when activating Draw object causes Map to blur a bit when SnapToLevels is true. I believe the issue is within Draw object. It looks like it tries to change Map extent a bit but as SnapToLevels is set true, it causes just a small blur of the map that disappears in a while. However, ExtentChanged event is called during this action.

The issue is visible when taken the code from http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/silverlight-api/samples/start.htm#DrawGraphics demo and setting SnapToLevels="true" for the map object. The issue is not happening at all levels but only at some, so to replicate you might need to try few different zoom levels.

Can somebody confirm that this is an issue within ESRI Silverlight API?

You are right there is an issue within the ArcGIS API for Silverlight.
We'll try to get it fixed in a future version.
