      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am working on installation/configuration of my Dev Machine, and My Server to run Silverlight api pages.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On my Dev Machine: I have &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;ArcGIS Desktop 10.0&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;ArcGIS API for Silverlight 2.4&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MS Web Developer 2010 Express (Free Version),&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MS Silverlight Tools for Vis Studio 2010&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MS Silverlight&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MS Silverlight 4 SDK&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MS Expression Blend SDK for Silverlight 4&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On my server(64bit) I have: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MS Server 2003&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;ArcGIS API for Silverlight 2.4&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;ArcGIS Desktop 9.3.1&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have run through the install, and can see the installed folders (Builder/Apps in the root of my wwwRoot) folder of my server.&amp;nbsp; However, when I start up the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://myserver/builder"&gt;http://myserver/builder&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; link I get an error of &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;%1 is not a valid Win32 application.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there something outside of the IIS that I should be checking for working on 2003 Server?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Andy..&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
