Show symbology on flare cluster

Hi

I have been struggling with this for a while now and can't seem to find a solution.

Is there anyway to customize the flare cluster on the graphics layer. To either use the symbology set on the Layer ( Colors ) or just looping through each child element in the Clusterer and set a different Fill for a specific one.

The user can capture related data onto a Parcel but when the user queries the layer they want to see everything , but the active one needs to be a different color.

Any solutions? I dont have experience in building custom tools/controls. I did try but couldnt get something working.

Its a custom Flare Clusterer but I am struggling to Implement this.
If someone can just help me by providing a sample on how to implement this it will be much appreciated.
