Which Silverlight template are these apps using?

I�??ve noticed a few apps that are using very similar navigation and tool window placement. I�??ve tried looking around the ESRI site and am unable to find any templates that are comparable. Can anybody help point me in the right direction?

I have attached a screenshot of the naviation in question.

These applications use an older version of the Flex Viewer (probably the first version).

Applications using the current version of the Flex Viewer look like this:

The flex viewer is close, however these applications are in Silverlight. I'm most interested in how the dropdowns work and management of tool windows.

I stand corrected, the samples I provided are Flex templates.

Anybody interested in porting over the Flex template to Silverlight?
