Labelling not showing on webmap

Hi,

I am creating Hosted featurelayers leveraging ArcGIS API for python throgh Azure Databricks.

I have created a drawingInfo object, of which a renderer and labelllinginfo object form the two parts of it.

The layer has showLabels:True in it's details, but the labels do not show. However, when I go to the portal and click 'Create Labels', the labels I have created through the process of mine, are set up, all I have to press it ok. So, in short, the style gets set, the label information is set, but it still doesn't show on the map.

Is this a bug? Anyone experiencing the same issues?
