      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think direct read of raster data from disk and be able to perform same operations that one could perform on an image service would be a good &lt;EM&gt;enhancement&lt;/EM&gt; for the future.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
