the first cell under the inference and tracking section of the notebook</P><P>The last line in the error message received is 'Exception: You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation.(Error Code: 403)' (Screenshots of the error is attached)</P><P>Based on the output seen in the sample notebook (<A href="https://developers.arcgis.com/python/sample-notebooks/vehicle-detection-and-tracking/" target="_blank">https://developers.arcgis.com/python/sample-notebooks/vehicle-detection-and-tracking/</A>) I am inferring access might be needed to the vehicle_detection_and_tracking_video image collection owned by api_data_owner</P><P>I was unable to locate the above-mentioned image collection when
