    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we are currently working with the ArcGIS API for Python and need to connect to a standalone server using IWA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is IWA supported for standalone servers and what is the trick that we missed?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://developers.arcgis.com/python/api-reference/arcgis.gis.server.html" style="color: #2989c5; text-decoration: none;" title="https://developers.arcgis.com/python/api-reference/arcgis.gis.server.html"&gt;arcgis.gis.server module — arcgis 1.8.0 documentation&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using IWA for portal (GIS) works fine, and I&amp;nbsp;guess also works for federated servers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any hint is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stefan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
