    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;H1 style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px; font-weight: 200; font-size: 2rem;"&gt;urlopen error [WinError 10054] An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What does this error mean?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to upload a CSV that is larger than 1GB using "gis.content.add" and then use "csv_item.publish" to publish the csv to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; background-color: #f6fafa;"&gt;Feature Layer and get this error after executing "&lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d;"&gt;gis.content.add". What maybe the cause?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
