      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happened to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The fix was creating to local system variables for proxy server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Variables:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTTP_PROXY&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTTPS_PROXY&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
