      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking to avoid pushing/pulling anything to/from remote sites so want to keep everything on local system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to &amp;nbsp;create a webmap and edit legend with arcpy and then import back to webmap?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
