    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Portal for ArcGIS has the option to set a custom popup&amp;nbsp; of a web app layer and set hyperlink by:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-&amp;gt; layer options -&amp;gt; Configure Pop-up -&amp;gt; Display [A custom attribute display] -&amp;gt; Configure&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I do it using python API? I have followed &lt;A _jive_internal="true" href="https://community.esri.com/thread/211499-configure-popup-attributes-programmatically-with-arcgis-api-for-python"&gt;this thread&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but this only allows to set existing fields.&lt;BR /&gt;Even if i set my URL as an attribute, how can I make it a hyperlink?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: I want to use a combination of attributes in the URL&lt;BR /&gt;something like&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM style="border: none windowtext 1.0pt; padding: 0in; color: navy; background: white; font-size: 11.5pt; "&gt;arcgis-survey123://?itemID=&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM style="border: none windowtext 1.0pt; padding: 0in; color: #3d3d3d; font-size: 11.5pt; "&gt;5914fdb0eea642f882e3dcb2b1d3&amp;amp;field:zone={ZONES}&amp;amp;field:wilayat={Wilayat}&amp;amp;field:area={Area}&amp;amp;field:coordinat_x={Point_X}}&amp;amp;field:coordinat_y={Point_Y}&amp;amp;field:substation_name={NAME}&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
