    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have fetched some features with date fields. In the Rest API, the ArcGIS api converts date to unixtime. In this process, it also skews the date with one day. Somebody else how have also come across this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
