Is there an early access program to the ArcGIS API for Python? with 2.4.0 being released and major changes with the mapping to map module, is there a way to have access to an upcoming release prior to release to help prepare for what's coming?

If no direct access to the code base is there anywhere to find details about an upcoming release, functionality changes, and some documentation?
