too many JS files downloaded to client

Hi I'm Using v=2.7compact with arcgis server 10 .
when I includs

dojo.require("esri.dijit.Popup")

dojo.require("esri.dijit.PopupMobile")

.
It Downloads 89 js Files to the client .

does they all necessary for popup representation?

does any one have another idea of creating this popup ?
