    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I don't want to use the defined symbol on my map.&amp;nbsp; I would like to change the icons that represent the points on the map based on criteria in it's attributes.&amp;nbsp; I would also like to create a custom label for the points.&amp;nbsp; Is this possible, or am I better off making the changes in mxd file?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
