Coordinate Conversion - Selection sometimes shows empty option

hello, I would like to report a small bug with the arcgis-coordinate-conversion component from ArcGIS Maps SDK for JS.

Steps to reproduce:

1.) With a loaded map, open the coordinate systems selection and select the second option from top (in demo: BASEMAP)

2.) Open the selection and select the second option from top again (in demo: DD)

3.) See the selection - BASEMAP is still present visually, but values for DD appear.

4.) Now try to select first option (in demo: DD) - values for another system seem to be present, the coordinate system selection now shows an EMPTY field.

5.) Open the selection again - now an empty option is present as the first option.

This is only one way to trigger the bug, I could trigger it with the third option too when clicking around a bit - clicking the same index twice in a row seems to trigger it, after which clicking the first option will add the empty option.

Hi @ParcelMapBC, thanks for reporting this issue here. We are aware of the issue and will have this resolved at the next release (version 5.1).
