PictureMarkerSymbol error

ArcGIS Maps SDK for Javascript&colon; 4.33

I'm using a FeatureLayer as the map layer and displaying an icon on the map with a PictureMarkerSymbol. The icon gets cut off when I rotate the map or at certain zoom levels.

But if I don't set an offset for the PictureMarkerSymbol, the cut off issue doesn't occur. Is this a bug in the PictureMarkerSymbol?

Hi @ZheWang66369, thanks for posting your question here. Do you have a simplified repro app that demonstrates the issue? It can be something simple hosted on Codepen. Happy to take a look.
