SVG path tag rendered as area symbol

This SimpleMarkerSymbol with SVG Path - Simplified sample renders SimpleMarkerSymbol on map using SVG path tag. I have an SVG say https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/37482768/maps_central.svg is svg and I want to render it on map as area symbol.

By area symbol (SimpleLineSymbol, SimpleFillSymbol and PictureFillSymbol) I mean that SVG should retain its size on zooms.

Any clue would be helpful.
