Custom print would not print graphic or feature layer, but prints images

ArcGIS pro 3.3
ArcGIS Server 11.2

The custom print services prints image service. When a graphic layer or a feature layer is added to the map, printing throws error message "Cannot set properties of null (setting 'sourceUrl')" Error.

Any help please !!
