Can an AGOL user with Professional Plus create API key?

Hello,

I want to teach my students some basics on ArcGIS w/ JavaScript in our AGOL. My question is, Can an AGOL user with Professional Plus create an API key? If not, what do I have to do to allow them to create API keys for some basic SDK work, e.g., adding layers without making them Developer or Administrator?

Thanks Ed. It does help I think. I see, "To create API key credentials with an ArcGIS Online account, your account must have administrator access or a custom role with developer privileges. But, what is a custom role with developer privileges? I see the Developer role under the Member tab. Is this what it means? Thanks, Derek
