The base map credits are showing.</P><P>It says in the documentation that when referencing a layer item in an ArcGIS portal, the attribution text displayed should come from the Credits (Attribution) property:&nbsp;<A href="https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/api-reference/esri-widgets-Attribution.html" target="_blank">https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/api-reference/esri-widgets-Attribution.html</A>.
