Create context menu on right click on a graphic icon using custom component - 4.30

I would like the user to right-click on the graphic icons on the map and a custom context menu would show up rather than the default one.

I found this example Display context menu | ArcGIS API for JavaScript, but we use our custom components and the question is - is that possible to use something except the esri default popup or Dojo's dijit/Menu for this purpose?

We are already using the "@arcgis/core": "4.30.0".
