Map is blank when using standard browser print to pdf on Windows

I've encountered an issue when printing any javascript sdk based map from the browser print option. This may be an issue with our corporate network, but I could use some help on what we would need to do to get this image to be included when someone prints the page

Steps:

0. On a windows computer open chrome or edge

1. Go to: https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/

2. Hit ctrl + p and pick print to pdf

3. Look at the print preview, the map image is missing

It probably has something to do with your IT. Do they make sure to keep Windows up to date? What version of Windows are you currently on? Did you try it off network, like at home or a library?
