The map is using graphicsLayer for rendering data points, and vectorTileLayer for basemap.</P><P>Here are some details of the issue:</P><UL><LI>The graphics rendering blocks the basemap from rendering promptly, there is around 10s map renders data points with blank basemap.</LI><LI>This issue occurs every time graphics are loaded, leading to a noticeable lag.</LI><LI>The issue wort happen if there is only basemap and no graphics layer.</LI></UL><P>Could anyone please provide guidance or share if you have faced similar issues?
