Map Disappears at a a specific Zoom Level on Mobile

Morning All,

Our team has been working on an Experience Builder (Not developer edition) and I have also created other test applications to see what is happening with a Map in a mobile view.

We have tested on both Iphone and Android, it seems that some Androids are indeed affected when they are zoomed into a close extent.

Been working with our solution engineer at ESRI and we ran some tests between the 4.27 and 4.29 Javascript SDK and the map zoom was corrected in the 4.27 version.

What is causing this in the newer 4.29 version when on a mobile device?
