Failed to load portal's web map/web scene after upgrading from 4.28 to 4.29.

Is this a bug? if yes kindly suggest that is the root cause of this issue and how to fix this.

Arcgis Enterprise üzerinden bir web sahnesi yüklediğimde aynı hatayı alıyorum. Arcgis Online üzerinden bir web sahnesi yüklediğimde aynı sonucu vermiyor ve haritayı veya sahneyi yüklüyor.
