Query features that do not have geometry

I am trying to query features from a service that does not have geometry

I used (Shape is not null) in the where condition. This seems to work in the ArcGIS REST query, however it does not work when trying from code.

Any help is much appreciated, thanks

Please share the code you're using and the result you get that you say does not work.
