    <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't know if I'd call this a bug, but wanted the JavaScript team to be aware of it if they weren't already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Setup&lt;BR /&gt;1. Create a webmap that has two feature layers layer A and layer B&lt;BR /&gt;2. Create an ExB app that uses that webmap and includes editing and snapping tools&lt;BR /&gt;3. Configure A to snap to B, verify that in ExB you can edit a feature in A and it snaps to B&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scenario&lt;BR /&gt;1. Open your ExB app in two different browsers X and Y (two sessions)&lt;BR /&gt;2. In session X confirm that you can edit a feature in A and it snaps to B features&lt;BR /&gt;3. In Y create a new feature in feature layer B&lt;BR /&gt;4. In X zoom in / zoom out to have the new feature in layer B feature show up that was created in session Y (it does)&lt;BR /&gt;5. In session X edit a feature in A ... it will snap to features in B, but NOT to the newly added feature in B from session Y&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Caused some confusion because the feature is partially there and visible, but isn't fully partic&lt;/P&gt;</description>
