How to place a GETFeature Request in WFS Layer

I am trying to place a GETFeature Request url in WFS layer url but it automatically converts it to GetCapabilities Request. How can i place a GetFeature Request ti get a list of fetaures rendered on the map

Have you tried customParameters property on WFSLayer?

Yes I did but I am getting the error : "WFS service doesn't support key/value pair (KVP) encoding". Although the request is successful but the layer is not getting added on the map

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
