Output todays date and replace with value from a table

I have created a web app in Experience Builder and would like to embed a widget that returns a value based on todays date.

I want the script to return the moon phase based on the current date. For example, todays date is 25/08/22 so I need the script to return the following:

1. Todays date

2. Moon phase/Maramataka

3. Decription of the moon phase

Please can someone show me the java script that's needed to return the values from the table?
