    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/264383"&gt;@thanasiskoubaros&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; are you using a self-hosted proxy? The only way to troubleshoot a proxy is by accessing the server where the proxy is hosted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Check the proxy web server logs for hints at what the problem might be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. If the web server logs look normal, use tools like Fiddler or Charles Debugging Proxy to analyze and validate the request/responses to and from the proxy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>World_Basemap_v2 fail to display</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have an issue regarding this service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://basemaps-api.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Basemap_v2/VectorTileServer" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://basemaps-api.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Basemap_v2/VectorTileServer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We use proxy to call this service and the required token.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It generally works fine but sometimes it won't load the basemap&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and the output on the browser console is the below (please see png):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"This request has no response data available".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Monthly usage of the service is over&amp;nbsp;2,500,000 Basemap tiles and our account is Enterprise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help will be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
