<title>topic Time Slider Config - Show the Latest Feature in ArcGIS JavaScript Maps SDK Questions</title>
    <link>https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-javascript-maps-sdk-questions/time-slider-config-show-the-latest-feature/m-p/1157865#M76792</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to configure a time slider so that it would show the 'latest' feature? By latest I mean the feature within the extent compared to the date on the slider. Let's say I have two overlapping features in an area, one with time of Jan 15 and the other Feb 15. If the time slider is on March 1 then I want the Feb 15 feature to show, but if the slider is at Feb 1 then I want the Jan 15 feature to show. Is there a way to do this with the time slider? If not is there a way to create a time enabled layer that treats time as a date range rather than a fixed point?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
