How to add feature layer in place of sketch layer and graphic layer

Hi Developers,

I found one example of feature masking in sample codes. There a user has to draw point, line or polygon then along wiith that the intesction, disjoint and contains services are working.

But in my case I do not need to draw any sketch layer. I want to work on this services on a predefined line feature. as given in my scene id.

If anyone of u can guide me how to change sketh feature to a predefined feature as a fix value along with that these processes will run will be a great help for me.
