KMZ InfoTemplate not Showing All Data

Hello,

I have been tasked with importing a KMZ file (so I cannot edit it) and the InfoTemplate popup only shows partial information. The information popup shows the information correctly when I import it into Google Earth Desktop however.

Can someone point me toward the documentation or sample code on how to ensure the infoTemplate code is setup/declared correctly for KML/KMZ data files please.

I've checked the documentation but haven't found the info I am looking for yet.

After doing some more testing I found this in the response:

type: 'application/vnd.google-earth.kmz'

I wonder if they are simply incompatible or is there a way to convert it to work with esri? hmmmmm....
