Animation handler Error when zooming in Chrome mobile emulator on layers with Feature Reduction

Several of my layers are using Feature Reduction and when I try and use the scroll wheel, or the keyboard to zoom in or out when in the emulator, I get this error. I don't know how to troubleshoot this because it is coming from https://js.arcgis.com, not my code. The top error points to the infowindow, but I am not using infowindows for the layers with clustering. Also, I have no idea what the animation handler is referring to, I assume it has something to do with the displaying of the cluster symbols, but I have no control over that. I commented out ALL other code, except just loading the layer with Feature Reduction enable and I still get the error so I don't see how anything in my code can be causing the issue:
