Extruding a GeoJSON in a scene layer

Hi,

I would like to Load a GeoJSON that I produced and placed in a external link.

is it possible to load it into a scene and later on perform an extrusion on it, without the need to converting it to a Feature Layer? or is it possible to covert it to a feture layer on the fly or a virtual feature layer that would have similar functionality?

second question and excuse me because I am relatively new to JavaScript API and I did not get my hands fully dirty. is it possible to perform feature layer extrusion on client side with a UI widget?
